Tahir Sultan – Chief Executive
Master’s in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, USA. He has 27 years of experience in Project Planning, Construction Management, Foundation Design, Geotechnical Design and Implementation in various fields of Power and General Civil Engineering Projects. Experience includes 9 years of working at top Management positions responsible for tender pricing, contract negotiations, scheduling, engineering and design, procurement construction, resource organization, quality assurance, quality control and implementation. Has extensive experience on financial planning and management of the Projects.
Zafar Ullah Khan – General Manager
Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, has an extensive experience of more than 30-years with renowned national and international concerns in the fields of Electrical Power and Communication Project Management and Design. He has joined the company as General Manager in 2013.
Mohammad Tayyab Sultan – Managing Director
After completing his Bsc (Hons) Management With Law from the University Of London, Tayyab joined the company right after his graduation in 2012. Not only does he handle’s the contracts section of the company, he also tends to expose his expertise in the overall management of the company. Entering the company as a fresh graduate, Tayyab has helped DECON in adopting new business strategies in relation to its management skills.
Mubasher Islam – Marketing Manager
He has completed his Masters In Computer Sciences (Management of Information System) in 1996. He joined DECON in 1993 as Office Manager. At present he is working as Marketing Manager with us. His main responsibilities includes Marketing of company as well as coordination and communication with clients on our on-going projects.
